Cutting boards are being produced


Cutting boards belong to basic kitchen accessories. They are essential at cutting cold cooked meats, the meat, the bread, vegetables, cheeses, fish. Cutting boards are being produced of different materials, so as hard as nails, material artificial or glass. Depending on applying they have different sizes, shapes and additional elements. For cutting the bread universal boards made of oaken or nut wood are applied. With Maja right-angled or square shape, in the corner holes for putting bowls to sauces and spices of hanging or for moving and hanging, when aren't already being used. Some models have additionally carved oblong grooves which serve for collecting crumbs arising at cutting. They aren't spilling after the table and after finished cutting it is easy to remove them from grooves tliting the board. Special wooden, but a little bit more massive boards assigned to flay fish contain similar grooves. Furrows put in the centre of the board are hooking scales fish and are stopping it before sliding during processing. Cutting boards of cheeses are also made of wood, with the fact that half they have the put cover of glass which is assigned for cutting special grades of cheeses, e.g. soft Brie. On the wooden part tough cheeses are being cut. Cutting boards made of wood must be washed with applying detergents exclusively under the stream of the running water and wiped dry. It isn't necessary to wash them in dishwashers as well as one should not long keep the market in the water or put on driers so that alone they dry. Wood is susceptible to the damp, quickly he is discolouring and he is losing its shape. Wiping prevents these undesirable reactions and in addition it is possible to secure the board after washing rubbing offering edible or paraffin oils for conserving of wood.
